Product introduction: One of the 3M double-sided adhesives, a foam-based double-sided adhesive, belonging to the VHB adhesive series (pressure-sensitive adhesive series), with super stickiness, anti-ultraviolet, good solvent resistance, softness, stickiness It has the characteristics of good wearability, high tensile force and shear strength, and can be used to replace traditional fixing methods such as screws, rivets, and spot welding. Fixing with double-sided tape can make the surface of the product smoother, more beautiful, and easier to operate. The sealing performance is better, the effect is more durable, and the disassembly and assembly are very convenient.

Shelf life: Under the conditions of 21℃ and 50% relative humidity, the shelf life in the original packaging state is 24 months from the date of production.
Application technology: The bonding strength increases with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the surface to be bonded. Applying a stable pressure helps the adhesive to contact the surface to be bonded, thereby increasing the bonding strength. To achieve the best bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The best temperature range for tape application is 21-38°C. It is recommended that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10°C, it is not suitable for bonding. The adhesive is too hard to stick firmly to the object; however, if it is already bonded, the holding force at low temperature is also satisfactory.
